Personal data such as names, email addresses and postal addresses will only be collected, stored or processed within the scope of legal provisions or if you voluntarily submit these details to us. Your personal data will only be transmitted to third parties if you have given us permission to do so or where doing so is required in order to fulfil the purpose for which you submitted the data to us.
PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
Use of our training platform for retailers in order to educate them on how to handle products from Sieger by Fürstenberg and to inform them about the latest news.
To facilitate use of the training platform, we collect the following data: email address, name, time of last login, activities on the training platform, information on end device.
LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
Processing of your data is based on voluntary consent via registration on the training platform in accordance with Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR – consent of data subject in accordance with Article 4 (2) (11) GDPR.
RECIPIENTS OF DATA
Transmission of your data to third parties is not envisaged.
To provide our training platform via Funnelcockpit, we work with Just Viral GmbH & Co. KG, Reinholdstrasse 5, 21073 Hamburg. Access to your data is possible in principle during operation/maintenance of the platform, but this is not envisaged. So as to guarantee the security of your data, we have concluded an order processing contract with Just Viral GmbH. RETENTION PERIOD
Your data will be used for the duration of registration on the training platform and will be deleted after 60 days at the latest once registration ends or consent is revoked.
